Tesla's UK service model differs from a franchised dealer network. Jobs are booked in the Tesla app. Many fixes arrive as OTA updates; some need Mobile Service; others need a Tesla Service Centre.
- OTA / DIY โ software and simple owner maintenance (cabin filters, wiper blades, tyre care). See service & consumables and MOT & servicing calendar.
- Mobile Service โ a technician visits for eligible jobs. Tesla Support documents what to prepare (access, parking, charging the car).
- Service Centre โ workshop repairs, alignments, collision follow-ups. Confirm current locations on Tesla Find Us / Support (we do not scrape a stale directory here).
