MOT & EV servicing calendar (UK Teslas)
MOT still required; no oil changes — follow Tesla maintenance + GOV.UK.
Independent fan site — not affiliated with Tesla, Inc. Figures are cited with retrieval dates. Not legal, tax or financial advice.
MOT: cars need an MOT from the third anniversary of registration, then annually (GOV.UK). EVs are not exempt.
No engine oil — but Teslas still need owner care. Typical items (confirm intervals in the Owner’s Manual / in-car Maintenance):
- Tyre pressures, tread and rotation
- Cabin filter; HEPA where fitted (Premium)
- Brake-fluid check per Tesla schedule (regen means pads often last longer, fluid still ages)
- Wiper blades, washer fluid, 12V/LV battery health as prompted
- Keep software current
We do not invent a month-by-month table. See also service & consumables and service centres.
